Why MainIT exists
Most small businesses are stuck between two bad options: a big IT firm that treats them like a ticket number, or whichever staff member is "good with computers." Neither is fair to a business that just wants its technology to work.
MainIT was founded by Alexei to be the third option — a senior expert you can actually reach, who handles the work personally and explains things in plain English. We deliberately stay small and focused so every client gets that.
