Microsoft 365
Problem: A 15-person firm on Google Workspace wanted Microsoft 365 without losing email or stopping work.
What we did: Copied mail, Drive, contacts and calendars in parallel, then cut over on a Saturday.
Result: Monday morning everything worked — no lost email, no downtime.
Problem: A growing business had Microsoft 365 but no one managing security, licences or backups.
What we did: Enabled MFA and conditional access, right-sized licences, and set up third-party backup.
Result: A secure, well-run tenant on a simple monthly plan.
Problem: A consultancy’s emails kept landing in clients’ spam folders and leads were slipping.
What we did: Fixed SPF, DKIM and DMARC and cleared a blacklist listing.
Result: Inbox placement restored within a business day.
Custom software
Problem: An optical retailer ran on a till, spreadsheets, and paper prescriptions, with nothing joining them up and no online store.
What we did: Built one platform — an online store for frames, sunglasses and contacts; a customer portal for prescriptions and orders; and a staff workspace for stock (with a full audit trail), vision tests, and lens-cutting jobs. We migrated years of existing customer and product data in.
Result: One system for the whole business, shared stock across online and in-store orders, and a storefront open 24/7.
