Microsoft 365 · Email Deliverability

Stop your email landing in spam.

If your legitimate email keeps going to junk or bouncing, it's almost always a fixable authentication problem. We diagnose it and fix it — usually within a day.

In short

Email deliverability problems are usually caused by missing or broken SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. MainIT diagnoses why your email lands in spam or gets blacklisted, repairs your authentication records, and verifies inbox placement — typically within one business day.

What we fix

What's actually going wrong

Three things cause the vast majority of deliverability problems. We check and fix all of them.

SPF, DKIM & DMARC setup & repair

We configure the three DNS records that prove your email is genuinely from you, so mailbox providers stop flagging it.

Spam-folder & blacklist diagnosis

We check whether your domain or IP is blacklisted and walk it through the delisting process.

Mail-flow troubleshooting

Bounced messages, broken forwarding rules, misrouted mail and rejected sends — traced and resolved.

Ongoing DMARC monitoring

Optional reporting so you can see who is sending as your domain and catch spoofing early.

Why does my email go to spam?

Modern mailbox providers like Gmail and Outlook will quietly filter or reject mail that can't prove who sent it. SPF lists which servers may send for your domain, DKIM signs your messages cryptographically, and DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails those checks. If any are missing or misconfigured, your email looks suspicious — even when it's perfectly legitimate.

Google and Microsoft now effectively require these for bulk senders. You can read the requirements in the Google Workspace and Microsoft Learn documentation. We make sure you meet them.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you fix our email deliverability?

Most SPF, DKIM and DMARC fixes are completed within one business day. DNS changes can take a few hours to propagate, after which we verify inbox placement.

What does it cost to fix email deliverability?

A one-time deliverability audit and fix is fixed-price, based on how many domains and sending services are involved. You get a quote up front.

We're blacklisted — can you help?

Yes. We identify which blacklist you're on, fix the underlying cause, and submit the delisting requests. Most reputable lists remove you within a day or two once the issue is resolved.

Do we need to be a Microsoft 365 client for this?

No. We fix deliverability for any email setup — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or third-party senders like your CRM or newsletter tool.

What is DMARC and do we need it?

DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with email that fails authentication, and protects your domain from being spoofed. It's increasingly required and we strongly recommend it.
