Microsoft 365 · Tenant Management
Microsoft 365 tenant management for small teams.
Once you're on Microsoft 365, someone needs to keep it secure, tidy and running. That's us — without you needing a full-time IT person.
Microsoft 365 tenant management means handling your users and licences, security and compliance, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint governance, and backups. MainIT manages all of it on a simple monthly plan so your environment stays secure and well-run.

Backups
Third-party backup for mail, OneDrive and SharePoint — because Microsoft 365 is not a backup by itself.
A real person to call
Day-to-day support for your team, from a senior expert who already knows your setup.
Why backups matter on Microsoft 365
A common surprise: Microsoft's shared-responsibility model means your data is your responsibility. If a staff member deletes files or an account is compromised, Microsoft's built-in retention is limited. We add proper third-party backup so you can always recover.
You can read Microsoft's own guidance on this in Microsoft Learn.
Simple monthly management
Plans start from a flat monthly rate based on user count — no per-ticket billing and no long lock-in.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you require a long contract for management?
No. Management plans are month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business each month than lock you in.
Can you manage a tenant you didn't set up?
Yes. We start with a short audit of your existing tenant, fix anything risky, then take over ongoing management.
Is backup really necessary if it's in the cloud?
Yes. Microsoft replicates data for availability, but recovering deleted or compromised files is your responsibility. A dedicated backup protects you from accidental deletion, ransomware and departing-staff data loss.
What does it cost?
Management is a simple flat monthly rate based on your user count and the support and security level you need, with a clear monthly figure up front.
What if we only need occasional help?
We also offer as-needed support without a monthly plan, though most clients find a flat monthly rate cheaper and less stressful.
