Why not just use a big form plugin?
Popular form plugins are heavy, add tracking, and still lose submissions if email fails. We wanted something fast, private and accountable — matched to the site’s design.
What it does
- Every submission is stored in WordPress, so nothing is lost even if email hiccups.
- Reliable delivery through our SMTP layer, with the send status shown per entry.
- Spam protection without CAPTCHAs by default — a hidden honeypot and a time-trap — plus optional Cloudflare Turnstile for a privacy-friendly human check.
- Rate limiting per visitor to stop floods.

In short: We built an AI publishing pipeline that gathers press releases, uses AI to write or translate original articles, and publishes them to WordPress — with a one-tap human approval step over Telegram.
The goal
A news site needed a steady stream of well-written, original articles without a full-time editorial team — and without publishing anything unreviewed.
How it works
- Sourcing — the agent pulls from official RSS feeds and press releases, not copyrighted news copy.
- AI drafting — an AI model rewrites each item into an original article, or translates it, keeping the facts and citing the source.
- Human approval — a Telegram message shows the draft with Approve / Rewrite / New image / Decline buttons. Nothing goes live without a tap.
- Publishing — approved drafts post straight to WordPress via a secure bridge plugin, with a featured image and the right category.

It is a WordPress plugin suite plus a scheduled agent, wired together with signed webhooks so only your approval channel can publish.

In short: WordPress’s default mail often lands in spam or vanishes. We built a custom plugin, MainIT SMTP, that routes all WordPress email through Brevo or SMTP2GO and logs every message with its real delivery status.
The problem
Out of the box, WordPress sends mail with PHP’s mail() function — no authentication, poor deliverability, and no record of what was sent. Contact forms, invoices and notifications quietly fail, and nobody knows until a customer says “I never got your email.”
What we built
- Two provider profiles — Brevo and SMTP2GO — with an active-provider switch, so you can fail over or change vendor without touching code.
- A proper email log in the dashboard: every message with recipient, subject, provider and status.
- Real delivery tracking. SMTP acceptance only proves the server took the message, so the plugin tags each email and receives provider webhooks — updating each row to delivered, opened, bounced or spam.
- A test-send button and daily log purging with a retention setting.
Why it matters
You get email that actually arrives, plus an audit trail when someone asks “did it send?” It is the same approach we use for our own email deliverability service.
